Train the Trainer Medication Aide is an Virginia Board of Nursing approved curriculum course for RNs and LPNs to become Medication Aide Instructors.  The course focus on the characteristics of adult learners, teaching methodologies, classroom management, course design, evaluation tools, and skills testing  preparations for RNs and LPNs to successfully teach 68- hour Medication Aide (RMAs).
